The Hotel is well located, everything is closer.

Maybe the breakfast, there are only 2 wafles machines, and the hotel were too crowded.

No internet and not a good assistance to this of the associates

In the front desk didn't found our reservation. The solution was a new sale. Then in the morning we had two charges. We almost lost one hour to fix the problem.

I made a reservation for two rooms but when I arrived at the hotel, there was only a confirmation for 1 room. I had no problem to get an additional room because they have vacancy.

Surprisingly enjoyable stay! The hotel is clean, with friendly staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. While breakfast options could improve, the location is quite convenient. I especially appreciated the complimentary happy hour. Minor maintenance issues did arise, but the overall experience exceeded my expectations for a budget stay. Perfect for business travelers!

Location - close to shopping mall and Social Security office, restaurants, and Free Shuttle service. Local Metro is also easy.

The room was clean, and the location was perfect, situated near the POE and several dining options. The daily breakfast was satisfactory and the complimentary evening social provided a nice touch for networking opportunities. I felt comfortable and valued as a guest .

Such an enjoyable stay on vacation. Extremely clean building, good and magnificent location so close to the center of awesome restaurants as well as several chain restaurants in Laredo, Texas. Also, in Dallas. New-fashioned room and bathroom with a bathtub.

The staff here impressed me with their friendliness and willingness to help. The room was clean. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. It had a decent variety though it could have offered more options. The complimentary evening social was a nice touch, especially for networking, with good snacks and drinks available. I did experience some noise disturbances during the night coming from the common areas, which interrupted my sleep on a couple of occasions. The gym equipment could use some updating, as a few machines were out of order , limiting my workout options.

Friendly staff and good location, but laundry mishaps and hidden fees were frustrating.

Had a nice time with family at this hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing after a long day, and I enjoyed some good breakfast options each morning. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi could have been a bit faster, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it for a comfy stay! 😊
