Surprisingly enjoyable stay! The hotel is clean, with friendly staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. While breakfast options could improve, the location is quite convenient. I especially appreciated the complimentary happy hour. Minor maintenance issues did arise, but the overall experience exceeded my expectations for a budget stay. Perfect for business travelers!

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. it had a decent variety though it could have offered more options. The complimentary evening social was a nice touch, especially for networking, with good snacks and drinks available. However, I did experience some noise disturbances during the night coming from the common areas, which interrupted my sleep on a couple of occasions. Also, the gym equipment could use some updating, as a few machines were out of order during my visit, limiting my workout options.

I loved being just a few steps from the mall and a short walk to the charming Old Mercado, where I could easily discover local eats and shops, and the staff made my stay even better with their friendly and welcoming attitude throughout my time there.

My King room was solid with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. Enjoyed the breakfast with eggs and waffles. The staff was super friendly and the free happy hour was a nice touch. Pool was decent but jacuzzi wasn’t working right. Good location near Mall del Norte and local eateries.

The hotel is situated in a great area, close to many dining options. However, the breakfast could use improvement, as some items looked unappetizing. Service was pleasant, but thin walls and inconsistent housekeeping made the stay less than perfect.

Had a pleasant experience here when the manager Claudia changed my 2-night stay to one without any hassle or extra charges. The front desk agent Andrea was super friendly and made sure I felt comfortable during my short visit.

It wasn’t inexpensive but it was still reasonable for what I got.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, with tasty scrambled eggs and sausage, and I loved relaxing by the nice outdoor pool! Rooms were clean and comfy, just like the photos show. I would definitely return!
